“FRINEDS OF VENGARA”:Formed for the purpose of organizing all Vengarians living in various parts of world by exploiting their regional intimacy with our village and convert the same for the welfare of people of Vengara. Even though we are all believe in or are part of political party, as a member of this organization, we wish to work together for the welfare of Vengara.
How do we organize? At first, we are trying to organize ourselves based on their country, where they are settled for employment. We are intending to start a chapter in major Gulf countries and also a chapter based on Mumbai to represent all those living & working outside Kerala State. All others can join with “Others” Chapter. If you wish to be part of us, please send your photo and a brief profile in order to place on our website.
How do we function? Initially, we insist each member to pay a minimum of Rs.100/- as monthly subscription which can be payable in advance for more than one month. We recommend a monthly scheduled meeting of all Chapters on second weekend of each month and to collect this subscription. Members can directly deposit their subscription to a joint account (to be opened) opened with Indian Banks based in Kannur Dist. authorized with two signatories.
Trustworthiness : The major aim of forming this association is to help the poor people who are suffering any major casualties / diseases, if any and in the long run, if possible, to start a charity firm to benefit old people or orphanage. We will always display the monthly collection details in this website with password protected. All the members can be viewed this page by using the given password. For other members can directly contact executives at any point of time for the entire account details.
How do we help? We are aiming a total of 350-400 strong members who can contribute Rs 100 per month. If so, we can collect Rs 35,000-40,000 every month. We wish to help all poor people from Vengara in case of casualties. All emergency application will be reviewed immediately by executive committee and the fund will be released to the party based on how critical he/she is. No partiality will be there to anybody who is suffering from critical diseases. For all other financial aid to the poor people will be reviewed by Executive committee and the fund will be released only if majority of the executive approved it. Our first priority is to help the poor people suffering from major illness.
What do we do with the balance of fund in hand? If no requisition is received from anybody, the subscription amount will be remained in Bank Account. The same will be used only for charity purpose and kind of charity will be decided upon collective decision of executive members.
